Rules of Conduct in Stewart Park

Stewart Park is privately owned, but the Park Hill Neighborhood Association does not refuse its use by other citizens.

We ask that you adhere to the following rules of safety and common courtesy on park grounds.

Dogs and other pets must be under the control of a competent person and be obedient to the command of such a person.  Please carry a leash at all times and rein in your pet when other park users approach.

Pick up after your pet, particularly in high-traffic and open areas favored by pedestrians.  When scooping waste, please remove all bags from park grounds and be responsible for disposal in your own trash.

Do not disturb or remove any plants, animals or property.  Please respect areas marked for conservation purposes.

There will be no unauthorized plantings allowed without approval of the grounds committee and in concert with the conservation plan.

No parking of motor vehicles allowed at all uncurbed boundaries of Stewart Park.  No motorized vehicles are allowed on park property except those authorized by PHNIA.

Prohibited activities include: littering, advertising, carrying a firearm or weapon, unauthorized fires, or large public gatherings without prior approval from PHNIA.

All visitors to Stewart Park are responsible for their own safety and wellbeing.
