Stewart Park Tree Donation Program

This program allows donors to contribute a specimen tree for planting in Stewart Park in order to honor or memorialize family members, friends, pets or events in a permanent way.

The donor chooses an area of Stewart Park where they would like the tree to be planted.  Selection of an appropriate species and the exact placement of each tree are at the discretion of Association representatives, with the donor's final approval.

The tree will be planted within 6 months of the request, and payment of the donation is expected at the time of tree purchase.  The cost of the memorial tree, which depends on the species chosen, includes purchase, planting, mulching, and a maintenance fee.

The donor may choose to have a marker installed  Selection and placement of a marker will be made by agreement between the donor and Association representatives.

All donations will be maintained as park property to the best of the Associations ability for as long as PHNIA exists.
